Short summaries detailing the different yoga practices offered by Kerryogi.


Vinyasa yoga is a style of yoga that links poses through movement and breath.  It is excellent for building strength and flexibility as well as relaxing your body and mind.

Yin / Yang

Yin Yang yoga blends two styles of yoga into one practice. 
Yin yoga is a slower practice where we hold the 'passive' poses for longer, targeting the deep connective tissues, increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. 
Yang Yoga is more active targeting the muscles and blood flow, building strength and flexibility.


Restorative yoga is a style of yoga which enables deep relaxation.  We hold the poses for a good length of time, using props such as bolsters, yoga blocks, blankets and cushions.  These poses are passive poses allowing us to deeply relax and nourish the body and calm the mind.
This class is online so you are able to participate in the comfort of your own home.

Tweens and Teens Yoga & Mindfulness

Ages 9-14
This Tweens and Teens class is a class incorporating yoga and mindfulness practices for tweens and teens to help promote happy, healthy and relaxed young bodies and minds. We will be exploring the benefits of journaling teamed with breath work and yoga.
